Safety & Quality
Safety and Quality are of paramount importance in our business and we go to great lengths to ensure these standards are maintained and effective at all times. This is evident in both the selection of the products we choose to supply as well as how we carry out related services in our own or our clients’ facilities. Much of our attention focuses on managing quality through our business management system which has been certified and accredited to ISO 9001:2015 standards since 2016. Our goal is to promptly, proactively, and cost-efficiently integrate quality in every aspect of our business in order to meet or exceed our customers’ requirements.
IRE acts as an extension of our manufacturing partners and therefore we must ensure their standards meet ours and vice versa. As a result, we are very selective about which companies we represent, the types of products they offer and how they manufacturer them. We have a strong desire to seek out and promote innovative products that can help our customers operate more safely and with less HSE related incidents. Often this requires extensive testing and perhaps even customization to make such products suitable for drilling conditions in the MENA region.
