Exhibiting manufacturer: Accumulators, Inc.
Accumulators, Inc. is exhibiting at IRE’s booth, and will showcase its 1 Gallon and 1 QT Bladder Accumulators which are expertly designed for various applications within the industry, such as BOP control systems, wellhead control units and coil tubing units.
Exhibiting manufacturer: Breuer Motoren
Breuer, a market leader in motor design and manufacturing, will be showcasing its innovative top drive motor at ADIPEC, which is specially designed as an alternative to the standard OEM motor used in the TDS-11 top drive, which is the most commonly used model worldwide.
Breuer has designed this motor to address common issues with the OEM version by improving reliability, enhancing efficiency (which can also reduce fuel consumption), lowering noise levels (important for health and safety standards), and increasing heat resistance – making it particularly suitable for Middle East operations.
Exhibiting manufacturer: Keystone Energy Tools
Keystone Energy Tools will showcase its Slip Lifting Device, an innovation designed to enhance safety and efficiency on oil rigs. This pneumatic unit allows for hands-free operation of the slips, traditionally a manual task requiring 2-3 people – the automation of this process helps reduce the physical strain associated with handling slips, thus earning its nickname, “the backsaver”.
Additionally, this tool helps minimise the need for personnel to be near the red zones found in oil rigs, and is cost-effective as it utilises the existing slips a rig already owns, in contrast to more expensive alternatives like “power slips” which require frequent size changes and are significantly more costly.
Keystone Energy Tools will also display its range of dies and inserts, essential for gripping pipes on rigs – this portfolio has expanded recently with all-new specialist dies.
